My name is Michele and I am addicted to this Halloween Peanut Butter Popcorn with Candy Corn.
THERE. I said it.
I am NOT even kidding here. If you make this popcorn, make sure you have people to share it with. A Halloween party is the perfect place to bring it. It’s so festive and scary-delicious. For real!
Did you guys already start shopping for your Halloween costumes? My hubby and I are Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler from The Big Bang Theory, my youngest son is the Skull Trooper from Fortnite and our doggy, Rocco is a taco!
The holidays, for me, start with Halloween. Halloween is such a fun holiday and I love to decorate and dress up. It’s not always easy to have time to make fun and festive snacks. This popcorn is super-easy to make and takes no time at all.
To make this fun recipe, you will need 16 cups of popped popcorn. I used an air popper to make mine, but you can use store-bought that is already made if you want. You will also need sugar, corn syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, peanuts and candy corn.
Measure out your popcorn in a large bowl or pot and add the peanuts and candy corn.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Heat on medium heat until sugar is melted. Add the peanut butter and stir until melted. Do not let the mixture boil too much or the peanut butter will burn.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until completely coated. Let popcorn cool and serve!
Now go make some of this popcorn and share it! Or not. That’s up to you and your jeans. 😜
