Impossible Lemon Curd and Cream Cheese Spread has it ALL. It really does though!
I mean, it takes 5 minutes to put together on a plate and it’s ready to serve your guests. See what I mean?
Did I also mention that it’s SO delicious? I know all I did was open a jar of lemon curd and pour it over some cream cheese, but there’s something about this easy appetizer that makes me feel all kinds of fancy schmancy.
The tart lemon curd pairs so perfectly with the cream cheese here. It’s really very addictive. This is why I recommend serving it at the holidays when there are plenty of other people to share it with. You’re welcome. 😊
To make this recipe, you will need a brick of cream cheese, a jar of lemon curd and some crackers. I used wheat crackers here. If you have a homemade lemon curd recipe that you would like to use, go for it!
Lay out your brick of cream cheese on a large plate or serving tray. Stir your lemon curd so it’s not stiff coming out of the jar. If you need to soften it a bit, put it in the microwave for 15 seconds with the lid off and then stir.
Pour lemon curd over the cream cheese.
Arrange crackers around the spread for guests to help themselves. Done!
